From my website, prospective buyers can instantly see information and vivid photographs of your home. Using my Personal Home Search, your listing will be sent by e-mail to every prospective buyer in my database, as long as your home meets their criteria.
As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information online, and your property will be included in printed MLS books as they are produced. I also regularly publish in magazines and newspapers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers.
Pricing Your Home
Setting the right price for your home is an important part of the service I provide. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers, while still making sure that you’re earning top dollar on your home. Together, we'll look at a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area. We'll also consider what’s available for sale right now, the time of year, and current market trends.
